Pooja Metallic provides sheet metal fabrication services including CNC press brake bending, power press stamping, welding, drilling, tapping, and related finishing services. All services are provided subject to these terms.
Quotations are valid for 30 days from date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on drawings or specifications provided by the customer. Any change to drawings or specifications after quotation may result in a revised quote.
Production commences on receipt of a written Purchase Order (PO) and advance payment as agreed. Verbal or email-only orders without a formal PO are accepted at Pooja Metallic's discretion.
All drawings, designs, and specifications provided by the customer remain the intellectual property of the customer. We do not reproduce or share customer designs with third parties.
All parts are manufactured and inspected per ISO 9001:2015 procedures. Non-conforming parts identified before dispatch are reworked or replaced at no charge. Claims for quality must be raised within 30 days of receipt.
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the state of Karnataka. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
