Yes. Pooja Metallic is certified to ISO 9001:2015 — the current international quality management standard. Our certificate is available on request.

Our facility is located in Peenya Industrial Area, Bangalore 560058, Karnataka. Peenya is Bangalore's primary industrial zone, easily accessible by Tumkur Road and Peenya Metro Station.

Yes. We hold an Import Export Code (IEC) and regularly supply to customers in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Europe. We provide full export documentation.

We offer 7 in-house processes: CNC Press Brake, Power Press, Hard Tool/Die Making, Rivetting & Hardware Insertion, Welding (MIG/TIG/Spot), CNC Drilling, and Tapping. All under one roof — no outsourcing.

Mild Steel (IS 2062), Stainless Steel (SS 304/316), Aluminium (1100/5052/6061), Galvanised Steel (IS 277), and Copper/Brass. Thickness range: 0.5mm to 6.0mm depending on process.

Standard tolerance: ISO 2768-m class (±0.3mm on bent dimensions, ±0.5mm on punched positions). Tighter tolerances achievable on CNC operations — specify in your drawing.

Powder coating (RAL/custom), passivation (SS), anodising (aluminium), zinc/chrome plating, painting, and bare/mill finish.

Yes. Our in-house tool room has certified die makers who manufacture progressive dies, blanking tools, forming tools, and compound dies. New tooling lead time: 10–21 working days.

IP40 through IP66 as per IEC 60529. IP65/66 enclosures require EPDM or neoprene gasket channels in the design — we advise on this during DFM review.

Yes. CNC press brake work has no MOQ — we can make 1 prototype piece. Power press work requires tooling investment, typically justified above 500 pieces per run.

Yes. We perform TIG welding on aluminium alloys 5052 and 6061. Aluminium TIG welding requires clean material and skilled technique — we have experienced welders for this.

We accept .STEP, .STP, .IGES, .IGS, .DXF, .PDF, and .SLDPRT files. Maximum 25MB per file. Upload via our quote form or send on WhatsApp (+91 99645 42936).

We respond to every RFQ within 24 working hours with a detailed quote and DFM feedback. Complex multi-part assemblies may take up to 48 hours.

CNC press brake: no MOQ. Power press (hard tooling): typically 500–1000 pieces minimum per run to justify tooling cost. Prototype: 1–10 pieces on CNC processes.

Prototype (1–10 pcs): 7–14 working days. Low volume (10–500 pcs): 14–21 working days. High volume production: 21–35 working days. Rush orders available — ask us.

Yes. Customers with blanket purchase orders or annual supply agreements receive better per-piece pricing. Contact our sales team to discuss supply agreements.

Standard terms: 50% advance + 50% before dispatch for new customers. Established customers with credit history: 30–45 day credit terms available. All prices in INR.

Yes. First Article Inspection (FAI) reports with dimensional measurements are available on request. PPAP-style documentation also available for automotive and telecom customers.

Yes. Mill test certificates (MTCs) for all materials used are available on request. We specify the heat/batch number on the MTC for full traceability.

Yes. ISO 9001:2015 is the current standard. The previous version (ISO 9001:2008) was officially withdrawn in September 2018. Our certification is fully valid and actively maintained.

Yes. We are in the process of implementing ISO 13485 (Medical Device Quality Management) — targeted for completion in 2027. Currently, our ISO 9001:2015 system provides strong quality foundations for medical supply.
