Tips for a Faster Quote

Dimensioned Drawing

2D drawing with all dimensions, tolerances, and material callouts. PDF or DXF preferred for 2D.

3D Model

STEP or IGES file enables DFM review and accurate quote. Most useful for complex parts.

Material & Finish

Specify material grade (e.g. SS 304, not just SS) and finish (e.g. RAL 7035 powder coat, texture fine).

Quantity & Lead Time

Provide target quantity and required delivery date — helps us suggest optimal process (press vs CNC).
